Step 1. Enable the Den AI Integration within Follow Up Boss

Login to Follow Up Boss and navigate to Admin → Integrations → Scroll down and click on Den AI.

Click on Den AI then click the ‘Enable’ button.

Step 2. Create an account on Den AI

- Open a new tab and go to app.denlistens.com/sign-up
- Enter your email address and an 8 character password

Step 3. Choose a plan and the number of seats you want

Choose your plan and the number of seats you want. Enter your credit card information on the payment form and click “Subscribe.”

Step 4. Create your API Key in Follow Up Boss

Go back to Follow Up Boss and click on Admin > More > API

Click ‘Create API Key’

Name your API Key ‘Den AI API Key’ and click ‘Create API Key’

Copy your API key and click ‘Done’

Step 5. Paste your API key in Den AI

- Return to app.denlistens.com/my-account and paste your Follow Up Boss API key in the API key field.
- Click ‘Submit.’

You're all set to start receiving AI Call Summaries through Follow Up Boss.
